We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join the team. This role is perfect for educators holding either a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Diploma qualification, or a Early Childhood Teacher looking to contribute to a vibrant room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team.
Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Skills and Qualifications:
Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood (mandatory).
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), NQS, and The Education and Care Services National Regulations.
Ability to reflect, evaluate, and adapt teaching practices based on observations and assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development.
